Newsy bits for May

Well, the 4th annual FREE COMIC BOOK DAY was last Saturday, May 6th, and we gave away tons of free comics (donated by our great friends at Comics Galore in Western Springs) -- like X-Men, Simpsons, TokyoPop, Justice League, Owly, Archie, Donald Duck, and many more. Representing the Young Adult department, I showed "Batman: The Animated Series" from 1-4:30 pm and served popcorn, of course.

Fun was had by all who joined us -- so tune in next year for the 5th Annual FREE COMIC BOOK DAY at the LaGrange Public Library!
