The La Grange Public Library will receive sealed bids on Individual Prime Contracts for:
<strong>FF&E, New Library Furnishings.</strong>
<strong>Project description:</strong> New Furnishings for a 40,000 square foot new library. The individual FF&E Bid Packages include the following:
1. Library Shelving Bid Package #1 (LS)
2. Library End Panels &Canopy Tops Bid Package #2 (LEP)
3. Commercial Furniture Bid Package #3 (CF)
4. Systems Furniture Bid Package #4 (SF)
5. High Density Shelving Bid Package #5 (HDS)
<strong>Location:</strong> 10 W. Cossitt Avenue, La Grange , IL 60525
Substantial Completion: Substantial Completion for the Library Shelving Bid Package #1 (LS) and Systems Furniture Bid Package #4 (SF) to be no later than October 1 – October 12, 2007. Substantial Completion for Library End Panels & Canopy Tops Bid Package 2 (LEP) and Commercial Furniture Bid Package 3 (CF) to be no later than October 12 – October 26, 2007.
<strong>Bidding:</strong> The Owner will receive sealed bids for La Grange Public Library in duplicate, until 3:30 PM on Friday, March 16, 2007 at the La Grange Public Library temporary location, 405 Shawmut, La Grange, IL 60525. Late bids will be rejected.
<strong>Information to bidders:</strong> Bidders for the La Grange Public Library may obtain 1 set of bidding documents for a refundable price of $30 per set. Bid documents shall be available on Tuesday February 22, 2007. Drawings will be available at any B & H Industries location. Call (847) 742-2876 to find the location of the nearest B & H office. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, technicalities, formalities, reject any and all proposals, and requires the qualifications as stated in the Instruction to Bidders.
